ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
- Develop and maintain tools, scripts, and automation to improve the efficiency and reliability of our systems.
- Monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and implement fixes proactively to prevent incidents.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate new features, updates, and infrastructure improvements.
- Support the unique requirements and challenges of a Cross Domain Service, ensuring compliance with security and operational standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to iterative development and team alignment.
- Write and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and solutions.
- Provide on-call support as part of a rotating schedule, ensuring high availability of critical services.
- Continuously evaluate and improve system monitoring, alerting, and incident response procedures.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems, including troubleshooting and system administration.
- Experience in scripting and programming (e.g., Python, Bash, or similar languages).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical challenges with confidence.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and explain technical concepts clearly.

Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Basic networking knowledge, including protocols and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Cross Domain Solutions and their operational requirements.
