We have an immediate opportunity for a client facing .NET, C# Developer to join a unique team trying to tackle some of the toughest challenges in marketing and web development. You will be given the opportunity to work with a global CMS product onsite with an impressive team. Experience in client-facing consulting positions and enterprise level .NET or Java development is highly desired. Content Management Systems and Tridion experience is a must.
The position is based in Columbus, Ohio.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for performing implementation and integration of web based systems.
• Work with project teams to determine system specifications, integration points and software interfaces to meet client and project requirements.
• Plans, optimizes and negotiates changes to scope and schedules with internal and external team members.
• Adopts and utilizes iterative and waterfall methodologies as needed or requested (Agile, Scrum, RUP).
• 4 year technical degree. Technical certifications recommended.
• At least 2 years of development experience and implementation of content management system SDL Tridion.
• 4+ years professional experience in .NET/C# and object-oriented application development (OOAD)
• Excellent object oriented programming, unit testing, debugging and code organization skills
• Demonstrate analytic and problem-solving skills, particularly as it relates to application design, development and infrastructure.
• Self-directed and motivated technical team member capable of delivering reliable and maintainable solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Development and implementation of content management systems (e.g. SharePoint, Sitecore, Tridion, Drupal, etc.).
• Object oriented design and relational data modeling.
• Content migration, search indexing, and search engine optimization.
• System infrastructure and configuration management.
• Workflow and collaboration tools.
• Object oriented design and relational data modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to assess and optimize commercial software products and information infrastructure.
• Effective presentation of technology solutions to clients.
• Successful use of project planning methodologies to deliver high quality launches that are on-time and on-budget.
